Directions

From The Airport:
Take the main airport roadway (one-way) out of the airport and follow signs for "Sumner Tunnel, Boston/Route 93 North."  Go through the tunnel, staying in left lane onto Route 93 North. Take 93 North, moving to the right lane after Exit 23, and take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive).  Stay to the right moving onto Storrow Drive.  Take immediate left exit (Government Center/Kendall Square), and turn right at top of ramp onto Longfellow Bridge.  Proceed to traffic signal, and turn right onto Third Street.  Proceed to traffic signal, turn right onto Binney Street, and proceed to end.  At the traffic signal, turn left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.  Our office is on the right after the traffic signal (before the Royal Sonesta Hotel).  There are three options for parking.  Parking is available in our building and the Royal Sonesta Hotel or a less expensive option is located across the street at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall.

From The West via the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90 Toll Road):
While eastbound, take Exit 18 on the left following signs to Allston/Cambridge.  Stay in the right lane, following signs to Cambridge/Somerville.  Cross over the Charles River on River Street Bridge (Cambridge Street), and take a right at traffic signal onto Memorial Drive (Route #3).  Follow Memorial Drive East (Route #3 South) using the "cars only" option twice, then stay in the far right lane along the river, as Memorial Drive becomes Edwin Land Boulevard.  Our office is on the right after the first traffic signal.  The parking garage is the second garage door after the entrance to the building (before the Royal Sonesta Hotel).  There are three options for parking.  Parking is available in our building and the Royal Sonesta Hotel or a less expensive option is located across the street at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall.

From The West Via Storrow Drive:
Proceed east on Storrow Drive to Leveritt Circle. Remain in the left or middle lane to proceed left onto Route 28 North/Msgr O'Brien Highway.  Pass the Museum of Science on your left.  Proceed to second traffic signal and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.  55 Cambridge Parkway is next to the Royal Sonesta Hotel on your left directly across from the Cambridge Side Galleria Mall.  For parking, proceed through two sets of lights.  Stay in the left lane, there is a turnaround on the left.  Take the left turn.  Proceed back up Edwin Land Boulevard.  The parking garage is the second garage door after the entrance to the building (before the Royal Sonesta Hotel).  There are three options for parking.  Parking is available in our building and the Royal Sonesta Hotel or a less expensive option is located across the street at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall.

From The South (Route 93N):

From The North (Route 1S - Toll Road):
Take Route 1 South over the Tobin Bridge. Once through the tollbooth, stay in the far left lane, following signs for "Boston/93 North/Route 1 South."  After a quarter-mile, take the exit marked "Route 28N/Cambridge/North Station."  Stay to the right at the fork, moving to the middle lane, following signs for "Route 28 North/Cambridge/North Station."  At the traffic signal, turn left onto Nashua Street.  Take the first right onto Route 28 North/Msgr O'Brien Highway.  Pass the Museum of Science on your left.  Proceed to second traffic signal and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.  Proceed to second traffic signal and take a left onto Edwin Land Boulevard.  55 Cambridge Parkway is next to the Royal Sonesta Hotel on your left directly across from the Cambridge Side Galleria Mall.  For parking, proceed through two sets of lights.  Stay in the left lane, there is a turnaround on the left.  Take the left turn.  Proceed back up Edwin Land Boulevard.   Our parking garage is the second garage door after the entrance to the building (before the Royal Sonesta Hotel).  There are three options for parking.  Parking is available in our building and the Royal Sonesta Hotel or a less expensive option is located across the street at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall.

MBTA Red Line: 
Take the Red Line to Kendall Square Station.  Exit station and cross the street to the Harvard Coop.  Walk East towards the Longfellow Bridge staying on the left sidewalk.  At the bridge, turn left and follow the curve (where Memorial Drive becomes Edwin Land Boulevard).  The river will now be on the Right.  Stay on Edwin Land Boulevard until the first light.  Cross to the Right sidewalk at the light but continue to walk North.  55 Cambridge Parkway will be on the Right shortly after crossing the street.

MBTA Green Line: 
Take the Green Line to Lechmere Station.  Exit the station and go under the small bridge following signs to Cambridge Street.  Cross to First Street and walk along the Cambridge Side Galleria Mall to Charles Street/Cambridgeside Place.  Take a left and the Royal Sonesta Hotel will be at the end of the block.  Our office will be to the right of the hotel.
